Horrible Culture

Pros

if you want to experience imposter syndrome, this is the place for it.

Cons

Very judgmental people and horrible culture. Very mean and will try to do anything to make you feel horrible and ruin your life/career. Doesnt give you room for improvement, and expects you know anything. They suggest that you ask questions, but when you ask questions, they get mad for taking time from senior/ manager. how does that work? On boarding program is useless and waste of time

Big 4 Copycat

Pros

It's easy to shine since most of the good talent are gone - either fed up or driven out by the mediocre and highly-insecure management.

Cons

The firm has an identity crisis. It brands itself as the "unique alternative to the Big 4" but in reality, it is nothing but a second-rate trying-hard Big 4 copycat. It's sad.

Pros

The compensation was competitive for my first job out of college especially after completing a summer internship. I was one of the first campus recruiting ambassadors to be selected at the firm. I enjoyed assisting students at my university find career opportunities.

Cons

My experience as a full-time associate could not have been more unsatisfactory. Several of my colleagues were rude, dismissive and condescending. I received little, if any, professional support from Senior Staff. I was ignored or ghosted on numerous occasions. My team turned over two Managers in the span of a few months. My Partner was missing in action and unapproachable during busy season. Despite obvious signs of team burnout, last minute clients were added before deadlines. Firm leadership would deflect blame for failed initiatives and poor performance. Firm-wide austerity measures were enacted despite colleagues working exceptional hours. Mass layoffs occurred only a week after I had left the firm.
