Thank you for your feedback and for your years of service to Crowley. Leadership skills are very important to us and we are committed to growing and developing the current and future leaders of our organization. We have various programs and resource groups available to employees interested in building these skills. The Leadership Development program is a one-year intensive program designed to develop Crowley’s future leaders by partnering them with mentors (current leaders in the organization) and assigning them quarterly projects to grow their leadership skills and define their career path. All Crowley employees who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply. This year's participants include members from a wide range of Crowley locations and business units. The LADR Group (Leadership, Advancement and Development Resource Group) holds monthly meetings featuring topics that focus on leadership skills, growth and development, and initiatives taking place within the organization. This is an open group that is available to all Crowley employees regardless of their experience or location. While we realize there is still room to improve, we are committed to being inclusive of employees at all Crowley locations and building great leaders who drive the high performance of our organization

Thank you for your review and feedback. We value all of the talented people we have here at Crowley (permanent employees, contractors and students, etc.) and truly appreciate the dedication, commitment, and pride they have towards their work. We've implemented a Change Leadership department to help with facilitation and adaptation of new initiatives but do realize we have some work to do when it comes to the length of time it takes to complete projects. We are committed to improving on this as we continue to focus on high performance here at Crowley.
