Pros
Crowley was an amazing company to work for. They really provide for their employees and offer opportunities for growth if you are willing to seek them out. They offer a variety of services and business lines so there's always something new happening.
Cons
New technology was slowly making its way to Crowley before I left, so hopefully there has been more updates. Also it can feel difficult to move forward on projects because it often feels like there's a lot of bureaucracy that each piece has to go through.
