Nice people help always available. Solid company with rich history. The benefits alone are worth it, also thrh have a gym and in house doctor.

Cons

Cant think of anything bad salary is kind of under industry standards but its a good ship owner to work for.

Great intern experience. Crowley employees are very considerate and helpful when it comes to contractors. They serve as great mentors and assist in a smooth acclimation into the work environment. Very trusting with responsibility allowing for personal as well as business growth.

Cons

Honestly, there are none. Of course situation arise that are beyond your control but everyone works together to foster a solution

Pros

This is a large company but still very family oriented in that if you do your job they will take care of you and they offer excellent benefits including a 401k match! There are many opportunities for growth and most everyone is very happy and friendly!

Cons

The only downside is they the base pay tends to be lower than the market average but the additional benefits they offer definitely make up for it
