      An interesting job with varied duties keeping you always busy. Pay was stagnate, benefits were good.

      Supervisors played favorites and made for a tense work environment.

      IT has gone WAY downhill

      The latest regime to take over IT (about 1 year ago) do NOT know what is going on in the IT department. A few were hired to be hatchet men, to get rid of people & reduce the bottom line. Seems like the new business model for IT is to get rid of FTEs and replace them with contractors. Crowley used to be a great company to work for, but their new motto 'Do more with less' succinctly defines the new corporate thinking. A shame to see such a drastic change, but it seems that a lot of IT departments are doing the same.
