      culture is backwards

      Pros

      Travel, training opportunities are many. There are beautiful offices and some really great people working there. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      there are not enough women working here and they don't get promoted to management often. Women seem to be successful only in HR and training, and are not compensated equally to their male peers. This company is stuck in the past.

      Pros

      Great benefits. The people I worked with are hard working and loyal to a fought. Company wide training is required for all employees

      Cons

      Upper management is blind to a lot of what goes on. There is a lack of communication between departments. Also a lack of job knowledge.

      Keep changes without seeing the results of previous initiative changes. Leadership teams need to visit more often to branch offices and understand how they can support each department and facility overall.
