Pros
Provided you are on time, work hard and don't have any issues employment can be tolerated. There is a strong camaraderie among core workers.
Cons
Management heavy, not enough core workers. Young management with little to no experience in dealing with people or managing. Young management with very poor management skills, "power trip" syndrome. Too many required classes for in house training, reduces time for actually doing the job, which you will be written up for not completing both.
