Overall company is a good company or strives to be a good company.

Cons

The company is penny smart but has a problem keeping their dollars earned. Easy low hanging fruit. Hire professional contract store keeper service. Just for one year. These services will pay for them self many times over. Then assess case by case where these services are needed.
