A Bakery with Broken Equipment and Broken Spirits

The fresh-baked goods were undeniably delicious, and the smell throughout the bakery was intoxicating.

Cons

The state of the equipment was appalling. Constantly fixing malfunctioning ovens, battling with dough mixers on their last legs, and patching up leaky freezers felt like plugging holes in a sinking ship. Management seemed oblivious, prioritizing production quotas over preventative maintenance. This created a stressful, chaotic environment where breakdowns were inevitable, and morale plummeted.

If you like baking, you might be tempted to join this place, but I urge you to look for other options.

Cons

The work ambiance was awfully chaotic. Things happened randomly, and no one knew how to fix the issues. The management as ignorant, and the employees were helpless. The ridiculous training we received was of no use. Avoid working here if you don't want a stressful work life that can negatively impact your mental health.

Beware because most of the people here are racist! The discrimination is awful, managers provide no support, and leadership is so incompetent you'd rather not have a job and be unemployed!
