Pros

Excellent product, aftermarket support and sales support staff. Promotes from within on the aftermarket side. Comprehensive factory training provided.

Cons

Sales territories are not divided equally. The income disparity is huge between sales representatives due to geographic and major account responsibilities. It is incredibly difficult for a new hire to succeed. The compensation is beneath the industry standard.

Pros

Great people within my functional area. Very talented people within the group and it was a pleasure to work alongside many of them.

Cons

Family-owned. No employee communications. To many communication filters before dissemination to employees. Too much silo mentaility in many groups. Small town company that has a grip on areas workers.
