Pros

Techs get a work van

Cons

The company's response to covid-19 was absolutely deplorable. They cut benefits and tried to profit off of it by selling "sanitization services" without providing any protective equipped to employees. Technicians were as busy as usual yet the company claimed to be less profitable somehow. They were making cuts before the pandemic though and used it to justify their greed. The Dicke family doesn't care about anything but money. There's very little diversity and I witnessed a female office worker being asked to put on a technician uniform so they could take pictures and make it seem its more diverse than it is. If you're reading this you're way better than this company and should find employment elsewhere.

Pros

Senior management is very competent and conservative financially which has helped the company grow rapidly since 2008. They make excellent products that are designed and function very well.

Cons

Management treats all workers from the factory floor to the branches to the corporate office poorly. Wages are low and, like most companies, they squeeze the workers as much as possible at all levels. Generally, they treat people poorly and management at all levels generally dismiss anything that subordinates have to say to help improve the business. I've personally seen this at the headquarters, factory floor and branches across the country.

Pros

Independent workload, responsibility driven. Learned a lot .

Cons

Skills do transfer over to other fields although your experience sometimes isnt considered when trying to apply to construction equipment and other heavy equipment. Micro managed even though you saw your boss once a week. Pay was weak at the 3-5 plus year mark of experience.
