Pros

-The work is not difficult as long as you work hard and are willing to learn.

Cons

-Family is treated differently within the company. They get away with more than non related employees do. If you tell a manager your problems with a worker who is related to management, be prepared to get some backlash from upper management or watching nothing be resolved. -Takes forever to fire a bad employee, which lowers morale for the rest of the employees. Almost impossible if related to someone in management. They'll just put them in another department. -The work is not hard, but expect to not make as much as a competitor would pay you. -Minimum 45-50 hour work weeks.

Pros

People over projects...good. Capital money mostly...good. Some TERRIBLE leaders, but the owner and his family awesome.

Cons

Cronyism and nepatism at every level...it is who you know not what you know.
