Great company, local management not so much

Pros

Steady work, 40 hrs, good benefits, average pay for industry. Good advancement opportunities at the right location. Memphis is not it.

Cons

Say they promote a team environment but everyone is out for themselves only. No o communication or help until something’s wrong. Changes take forever to implement. Management would rather make your job harder than give useful criticism or guidance.

Pros

Solid work environment and great people in the office. Always supportive and a great team environment

Cons

Long lead times compiled with an expensive product made it very difficult to close deals. Lead times being pushed on ordered equipment never left the customer happy and it’s on you as the AR to keep them happy. Commission paid on invoice and with lead times being long you’re going to have to wait months to years for a commission check.

I experienced racism first hand and nothing was done and the same managers are still in charge.
