Pros

The pay is pretty good, the company culture is low stress, since it is a private owned company and they don't need to worry about stock analysts.

Cons

Small company philosophy on technology such as reluctant to use webex for conferencing, and travel policies are outdated making employees drive their own vehicles, etc.

Pros

You receive a full 40 hr/wk paycheck. They have good benefits. They are a privately owned company which is growing. They are very safety conscious. Vacation days are flexible in scheduling.

Cons

The paid time off program offers little time per year without using your vacation days. No attendance policy which requires you to use your pto to avoid any reprimands. This can be difficult for family, requiring them to use their vacation days and paid time off for everything including employee sickness and family sickness.
