      Pros

      Friendships. Working hours and flexibility to work around situations

      Cons

      Poor management on corporate side that is out of touch with the branches. Only way to advance is to move to NBO, in the country. Over 10 years with Crown- 5.5 yrs as field tech and another 5 as corporate employee. My ability to grow was put in a "box " because I worked from a branch not in NBO

      co-workers are great, easy to manage work/home

      poor management, not organized. They will tell you 20 different things, so much grey area

      Everyone there is like family and if you get stumped on a repair, there's fifty other techs to call.

      Cons

      They keep screwing up the tablets with updates, never know if it will give you problems that day.
