Pros

-Decent compensation -Great products - great coworkers - in person training is pretty good

Cons

- Lacking modern technology more of an old school approach, crm sucks, reimbursement takes a while - no company card - communication is convoluted, no central system or way of knowing which specialist to reach out to - long lead times and angry customers - car package is subpar, doesn’t even cover insurance cost - initial training is online and isn’t great - no clear career path in terms of moving up

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, working environment is nice.

Cons

No room for advancement in maintenance and the facilities manager knew less about maintenance than entry level. The manager I worked for was reported to HR for the way he spoke to employees and being inappropriate and nothing happened to him.
