Stressful, have to meet sales quota, supervisors & management are lacking on their part they prefer to favor the senior sales rep, instead of giving the new hires a chance. Bad management

I started at entry level position over 20 years ago. Because of my attitude and work ethic, I have consistently received job and pay advancements. I enjoy everything about my jobs and enjoy the personalities of the executives. They are easy to talk to if you need to. This Company is employee owned!!
