      Has several interesting books of business and avoids much a the large corporation red tape

      Cons

      While upper management has a vision, they have not done so well on the execution of the vision.

      My time with Crum & Forster were probably the best years of my working career. I'm so sorry to be gone from there.

      Pros

      My boss was phenomenal. To this day, he is the best boss I've ever had. He was fun, caring, compassionate and highly valued all of his employees.

      Cons

      Consolidation of the company. This ultimately led to my lay-off at the end of 2012. Despite that, I would work for this company again, given the opportunity.
