      No recognition for employees in the Field offices

      Pros

      Was a great company to work for until they promoted to upper management the current COO.

      Cons

      VP's or higher in the company that put a drain on all the companies expenses. Home office receives all promotions not the field offices.

      Most people are friendly. They do a lot of charity work that helps the community and is always fun

      High out of pocket benefits, pay is not competitive and is low.
