-Great place to grow -Supportive environment, always seems to be someone who is willing to help at all times -Challenging, but rewarding work. You often get to see the fruits of your labor, which is cool. -Approachable senior leadership team

Cons

-This is only a semi-con, because it means we're continuing to grow which is actually a good thing. But the fast-pace/constantly changing environment can be challenging, and is not for everyone -High workload at times.
