Pros
Crunchyroll has been an excellent environment for rapid learning, the encouragement I've received from both peers and leaders has been invaluable, especially this early on in my career. The welcoming culture and the many perks, including free lunches, an assortment of snacks available to us, unique offices, and the diligent efforts of the workplace team to recognize and celebrate all kinds of occasions/holidays for employees to enjoy, truly make me feel like I'm part of a fantastic company. Aside from the obvious benefits, I am confident in Crunchyroll's capacity for sustained growth and excited about playing a role (even if just a small one) in the expansion of anime on a global scale. I do really enjoy being a part of the organization and plan on growing here for the foreseeable future.
Cons
It's worth noting, and I don't believe this issue is unique to Crunchyroll, that there are sometimes too many decision-makers involved in processes that directly affect frontline employees. Not a true "con", just the reality of a fast-paced and growing company.
