Pros
At this point there are no more pros. I could've filled this field with paragraphs of text 2 years ago.
Cons
The company doesn't care anymore about any of us. Empty promises like "your promotion was approved", "don't worry, the salary increase will be more than $30 next year" and "we swear this is the last wave of lay-offs" is what the company keeps feeding us with. At this point, this is a game of attrition. They don't want to fire us and give us severance packages, so they just create the most "corpo-horror" style working conditions so we leave voluntarily. Wretched company with wretched management who don't care about any of us. Stay away from them.
