      Lots of changes but heading in a great direction

      Pros

      A lot of really smart people in the company that know what they're doing and how to launch the business forward.

      Cons

      There is a notable divide in the company around company culture and how it's growing. HR/Execs needs to do a better job in bringing people together.

      Culture is a big initiative for us. We are really looking forward to the opportunity to roll out new cultural initiatives in the coming quarter.       Pros

      The office and all of the employees are very open. It's a communal place where you can get to know your co-workers. There are many different social events and the company meeting once a week really brings all of the different departments together.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to share with you. The office is located in the city near public transit, so you are able to live anywhere in the Bay area and commute. Living in the city can be expensive, so it's nice the company understands.

      As an establishment, we have tried hard to put together meaningful rewards and tie them to our values. I appreciate that this reviewer is giving great feedback about our open communication. Transparency and constant improved communications are important factors during times of growth and we certainly are making concerted efforts to continually do better here. I am happy that this person feels things are very positive. I would also advocate for continuing to give the feedback to us!

      Exciting stable, growing video distribution company.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, bonus program, atmosphere and very cool culture based on Crunchyroll but expanding into new markets. Amazing office and great location for all commuters. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains of a start-up that is trying to mature. Definitely has it's challenges which creates new opportunities for all. Change is a constant here, one must embrace that.
