Awful Onboarding, Poorly Trained Employees

Some snacks and drinks in the office, some variations for catered lunch. Free VRV subscription.

Cons

Toxic work environment and worst onboarding I have ever experienced. The person wasn't prepared, didn't know what she was doing, and had the worst attitude the entire time. Why show up to work if you act like you hate your job and you hate people. As the first person I interact with on my first day, I immediately regretted accepting the position. There is no support during your first few months at this company and when you ping People Ops, they don't know the answer and never get back to you. The managers are promoted into positions they don't have the experience for and poorly manage team members. If anything happens, there are no consequences and no worker protection.

The company has mostly all conditions that an employee can need. Free lunch, fruit baskets twice per week, snack bar, soft drinks, coffee&tea, team buildings, personal gym, office in the center of the city, friendly coworkers, professional team members and more facilities.

Cons

No cons. The best IT company.
