Pros

High growth, high energy, high productivity environment. Be ready for anything. Management thinks in terms of 10x. Regular town hall meetings in each office have become very transparent allowing all departments to more readily support each other as we rocket to our next high point. People are developed and trained. Internal promotions are looked at before external hires. Everything from Product features to business plans are open for suggestion from all employees. Every employee is encouraged to speak up and share. Working with passionate people is highly energizing but you need to bring your A game. There is the gym, the food, the cool location, and awesome office, but what's really exciting is to be able to deliver a product that fans truly love!

Cons

Food, snacks, and sugar everywhere. Dinner needs more Keto friendly options. Watch your waistline! Conference rooms are in high demand. Check in or your room will get sniped. Showers are down stairs in the bike room instead of upstairs with the gym. There is only one pool table in the game room and not enough game consoles. Game night is only once a month. I got Sennhiser instead of Bose headphones with my Macbook. The controls on the powered desks are easily bumped throwing off my ergo fengshui. Sometimes I get screen glare from being in a wide open space surrounded by so many big windows. There is only one living wall at the from of the office and none in back. Only dogs are allowed in the office and not your cats. I might be stretching to even find cons at such an amazing place to work.

Pros

Used to be amazing and a wonderful place to work. Metrics are still great on the outside, ripe for an acquisition. Could potentially be turned around with the right leader(s) at the helm.

Cons

Continued and repeated hiring and promoting of Trump-like staff. The loudest person at the table wins, not the one with the most sensible argument. The true talent have departed one by one (or in one fell swoop of layoffs) and the only people left are the ones who are continuing to perpetuate all the stereotypical silicon valley types. HR is beyond useless. Parallels with the stories coming out of Uber right now are disheartening.
