      A once promising company is now a toxic wasteland

      Pros

      Crusoe is in the AI data center space and trying to get into AI products. So you can learn alot about this hot domain.

      Cons

      This company had such great promise two years ago. Bad decisions by the CEO and some very bad leadership has devolved this company into a dysfunctional, siloed, fractured, political quagmire. Its not about competencies or performance. Its about who you know. Its so sad to witness. A company that aspired to be a meritocracy of ideas is now an incompetent, ineffective jumble of too many waste of time meetings, unending pivots and last minute scrambling, poor decisions, severly overworked and underpaid ICs, and reactive, feckless leadership. Product and Engineering leadership does not have the experience, expertise, management skills, or wherewithall to get their act together. Stay away.

      not a lot of bureaucracy or polotics, collaborative, and fun working environment.

      Cons

      Not a lot, working from office, but that seems standard across the industry these days.
