After 3 years you get an extra week but nothing changes after that so long term employment is not ideal. -expect some form of threat every monthly company meeting. One from 2 months ago I think, we were told if we did not provide what they thought was value, you would be fired. That was threatened 3-4 times. This last one, if you are fat in any way, you have no will power, and something about eating your dog (they took down the video before I could quote it)
