Pros

Incredible team – You’ll work with some of the most driven, committed and supportive people. The people are my favorite part about working at Crusoe. Challenging and growth-oriented – The environment pushes you outside your comfort zone in the best way. You’re constantly learning and leveling up your skills. There's a lot to do, and you often get to own what you do. Mission-driven work – Crusoe is tackling real-world problems with meaningful impact. It’s energizing to be part of a company that cares deeply about sustainability and innovation. High-impact opportunities – There's real room to own projects, build from the ground up, and see the results of your work in a tangible way. Employee-centric culture – Leadership genuinely values its people. The support, benefits, and overall investment in employees’ well-being and development stand out.

Cons

Still evolving – As a growing company, some processes are still being defined. Success often requires adaptability and comfort with ambiguity. Scrappy startup environment – Resources can be limited, and things may not always be polished. I enjoy being creative on how to execute and resourceful. Lean on perks – As a newer company, the benefits package isn’t as extensive as more established companies. Passion for the mission often fuels the work more than traditional incentives.

Pros

- Great culture & office environment - Workers dedicated to mission the upward mobility of the company - Very competent employees - Opportunities to grow/advance and learn - Good benefits and compensation - Good company values and ethics

Cons

- Not the most flexible schedule (could be depending on role) - As a start-up it can be very fast-paced and you can find yourself doing lots of things at once (I don't mind that but some people might)

Pros

- Mission-driven company. - Company moves quickly, little to no red tape or bureaucracy. - Ability to contribute and have an impact, low barriers to contribute across teams. - Executives genuinely care about employees and innovating to move the industry towards sustainability. - Culture is true to our values. - SF office is full of no drama people who believe in the mission, want to get work done, and have a little fun. - Employee experience is great - nice offices, downtown location, workspace, lunches, etc.

Cons

- Still a start up, needs to focus on adopting processes, more support functions to support the fast growth. - Distinct organizations can do more interlock of goals/alignment/communication.
