      almost impossible to take a vacation during thanksgiving or Christmas due to service schedule

      Crystal Clean is focused on empowering their employees by implementing new training techniques, listening to feedback, encouraging new ideas and creating an inclusive culture. Over the past 4 years I have seen a lot of great changes that really are focused on helping all employees reach their potential while still focusing on growing the company.

      Cons

      A better training program is needed, but that is something they are currently focused on.
