Pros

Didn't slow down during the pandemic and kept most staff employed. Growing company. The CEO is a well-respected individual who is open to communicating with staff at all levels.

Cons

Believes that working from home isn't a good idea. Losing both new and existing talent. We have too many chiefs who like to micromanage and control everything in the corporate office. The company does not have enough talent to meet the demand and relies on one person to do four jobs. If you go above your direct report even if it's positive, you get reprimanded.
