Pros
There seems to be a fairly secure future working for the company. The pay and benefits are average with a couple different choices for health care, 401k with small company match, and an employee stock purchase plan. The office is conveniently located in the NW suburbs of Chicago just off I90 in a modern building with good parking.
Cons
The company is run primarily by men of retirement age who are still running things in an old school way. The is quite the feeling "good old boys" around the office for just a select few. Lack of equal opportunity (and pay) for women unless you're related or friends with the upper echelon. They are still throwing huge, lavish sales reward trips to top performers every year, while cutting benefits for employees. Not the place to work if you're looking for an innovative, forward thinking company,
