Cons

No strategic vision or plan for growth and longevity. Senior management expects year over year sales growth by doing more of the same things, just better. Tactical focus and reactive, shoot from the hip business approach. Very siloed, cliquey environment. Lots of finger pointing. Employees focused on their own success and survival. No trust. Lack cohesive, effective senior management team. Within their respective roles and teams, some are strong leaders, others are not. Overall transparency and communication are extremely poor.
