      Crystal is a fast paced and exciting place to work. It has great people who are driven and passionate about the work they are doing. The executive team is extremely available and approachable to all employees and works hard to integrate themselves into the culture. It is clear that leadership understands that by cultivating great talent, we will continue to thrive in the ever changing business landscape. Teams tend to have an honest appraisal of the improvements that need made and are working towards those improvements. Crystal Group has an extremely intelligent group of people working here that strive to be their best everyday and have fun while at work.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. With the fast growth and fast paced nature of the company, it is easy to get stuck in the day to day and forget to look at the bigger picture. You have to be able and willing to go with the flow around here because of the rapid changes that happen to ensure we can meet our customers needs. With the rapid growth we have a large number of new leaders in new positions that can cause some growing pains.
