      Pretty good as far as grocery stores go

      Get recognized for your work, good management, fair hours, awesome work environment, sense of family among other employees

      Cons

      Have to deal with difficult customers, sometimes can't get time off, sometimes can't get scheduled as much as you want

      Pros

      Teamwork with friendly atmosphere, AFLCIO Union shop with good pay and benefits, Warehouse grocery business with good pricing and selection of grocery and general merchandise

      Cons

      Left the Chicago Market, after building up Cub East due to purchase of Albertson's. Invested to much in high profile stores. Needed to be a true warehouse store with great prices to survive.
