Pros

Positive and friendly atmosphere. The people in your community show up and you can vibe with them.

Cons

In my experience, the departments tend to not operate as a "team" who holds themselves accountable for their department. Rather, they tend to operate as individuals who and do the bare minimum to finish their shift. It has a negative impact on the integrity of the department which bleeds into the integrity of the store. It may or may not have an impact on customers as well.

As a kid who needed a first job, there was really not a lot wrong with cub foods. It served it's purpose and I moved on.

Pros

Great employees to work with, good pay scale, given a decent amount of vacation and personal days.

Cons

Working all shifts, doing 'turn around' shifts. No real learning opportunities.
