Senior leadership can create a difficult work environment for employees who challenge decisions or fall out of favor. Rather than encouraging healthy debate, dissenting viewpoints may be marginalized, making it difficult to succeed. Women may perceive unequal treatment and fewer opportunities to influence key decisions compared with their male counterparts. The culture can feel outdated in this respect. Frequent turnover among HR leaders has resulted in shifting priorities and inconsistent execution. Favoritism, some people are just an extra spot cleaner. Every store is crap, rats and mice. Im new and sick of it already. They don't even buy employees water. 4 people assigned to one site, I had one rental in 2 months because I am always being pushed aside for a male. Getting ready to file a grievance

Nice building in the burbs. Gym, patio with grills. Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Try and get a job with the women who sit by the window in legal. They have a real sweet deal. They come in and gossip for an hour or more. And they are really loud. Everybody on the floor can hear them. They have around over an hour for lunch and dash out the building in a pack at 359 every day. Everybody else is looked at and talked to to see you work 8 hours a day but not them. People wonder where there boss and HR are that they don’t see it going on right before them. A lot of people are mad about this and talk about it.
