Bonuses monthly only if your store performed Bonuses on christmas

Work EVERY WEEKEND Hard to use your leave GOSSIP GOSSIP IS HORRIBLE THROUGH OUT THE COMPANY if your general managers gossips please believe they are talking about you TO Not professional Company is stuck on numbers and care less that you performed well the month before Promised a promotion but never completed because of someone elses GOSSIP ALL YOU DO IS CLEAN ALL DAY EVERYDAY Work in horrible conditions Never felt secure Attitudes Only 2 holidays off Xmas and thanksgiving Not family oriented, if you wanted off you had to make sure your general manager was not already off, the GM I worked with took every holiday off and didn't care that you worked on holidays every time

Pros

The company does not micro manage, as a simple store manager I have the power to make decisions I feel are right.

Cons

I have been promised a promotion for the past seven months, but i have yet to receive that promotion. In their defense, there just aren't any open positions at this time
