Two faced coworkers constantly trying to get u fired to take your position. Getting a lazy mentally immature coworker as ur assistant is the highlight of this place.

I can get the main work done in a few hours and then I have the rest of the day to just do whatever.

Cons

They treat long term employees horribly. District managers seem to have obvious favorites in their districts. You are graded on metrics that you literally have no control over (customer reviews and customers downloading the mobile app). There is no incentive to go above and beyond the daily tasks required because it will not be reflected in your yearly pay raise. If you are a female at the company, you'll be treated like a second class citizen.
