Great company to learn and develop. I really enjoy the shutdown between Christmas and New Year. Offers a lot of flexibility, remote work, autonomy and career opportunities.
Cons
Very busy, too many initiatives. There's a continuous improvement mentality so projects keep coming. It is also extremely fast paced and some people can't get used to the speed.
Contact employees treated like a number, limited flexibility, leadership mostly transmits.
