Highly visceral President leads my intimidation and publicly bullies/ridicules employees when things don't go his way. If you are a salaried employee expect to work on a normal basis at least 60 hours, and more like 80 if you're busy

9/80 working hours. Incredible flexibility. PTO from Xmas to New Years. Flexible working hours. Big parking lot.

Cons

OLD company - doesn't take risks. Must work ALOT to get promoted; good luck trying to have a family and job with Cubic at the same time.
