Pros

Cue health back in 2021 there would have been tons of pro’s, however as of now Cue has completely dropped the ball with the golden opportunity they were given. The pro’s now are that you are lucky enough to not be laid off, Cue has now gone through two rounds of lay offs in the span of a year. The only pro I see now is that work is so scarce I can spend my work day applying to other companies.

Cons

The lack of guidance that was provided by the ELT (executive leadership team) over the last two years is very disappointing. For example taking the company public with no pipeline of products and relying solely on Covid-19 contracts to keep the company afloat. Pair this with subpar quality standards it’s no wonder that Cue has sunken to where it is now. The only advice I can offer those looking to join this company, RUN.

Pros

Free snacks (quantity and quality went downhill during my employment though), nice coworkers, nice office

Cons

Leadership level people are pretty useless. Company tried to keep morale up by hosting some learning events, perks, etc. What about skip those and don't do layoff? The information they filed as a public company was not shared with employees. It's so funny to see your company updates on news websites, instead of hearing from CEO. The work we did was also a joke. I'm not sure if it will ever work. I guess FDA was smart enough to decline the submission. I was there for almost 2 years. No promotion opportunities. Manager told us we have to stay for at least 2 years to be considered. While the other department (similar function) has almost everyone promoted yearly. Did they work harder? No. Not sure where all these bulls**t came from.

TOXIC MANAGEMENT

Pros

Toxic management and all the higher ups know but don’t care because they are all friends. Sexual harassment, bullying, retaliation and people padding their time cards happens.

Cons

As listed above, there’s nothing good.
