      Product is really quite exceptional. Has the ability to help folks be healthier.

      Cons

      The executive management is some of the worst I have ever seen. No real leadership at all. Those who rush to make every 5 minute decision the CEO happen makes suffer the most. Many projects just get done without being fully fledged. Teams are very Us vs. You. Many managers are very unqualified for their positions. Very little transparency on the company initiatives/standings.

      Enterprise customer base. At least, it used to be at one point of time

      Cons

      CEO writing/reviewing code instead of doing what he is being paid for. He is rude with the team members. CTO hired lot than required. No idea of technology and how to lead the teams.

      People under C suite are talented

      Cons

      You can only do what the CEO approves and he is a micro manager who only likes to listen to things that match his ideas and values. Likes data when it backs up his idea and won’t listen if it doesn’t. They push things to market quick rather than taking the time to work on quality.
