Competitive pay for the position. Plenty of free food.

Cons

No one in my department follows GLP and GDP. No one follows SOP because there is an obvious rush to get data out. No desire to have a universal organization system. Management and department heads will promote and keep the wrong people because they value personal relationships over merit. Job offers and job descriptions are poorly written and are very vague. Don't expect your start time and location to match your offer for it will change when you first arrive on site.

Pros

We are making a difference. We are super innovative. I love the people. I feel inspired by the difference we are making. Leadership is open to feedback and makes adjustments accordingly. I have switched jobs 4 times in 3 years looking for my perfect fit and I finally found it! Does that mean it's easy? Not at all. It has its challenges, just like any role, but I've never been happier at work then at Cue. It's not the right fit for everyone, but if you like making a difference, are ok with change, and thrive in a start-up environment, I highly recommend Cue Health!

Cons

The company has been through a couple layoffs this year, which is hard for morale, but Cue is not alone in experiencing these difficult times. We also carry a very heavy workload, but again, I wouldn't say this is unique to Cue as many smaller start-up-like companies experience the same.

Product platform has so much potential. Coworkers are genuinely fun to work with.

Cons

Executive team continues to make decisions (or lack of) that is driving the company into the ground. There is no business strategy or planning, it's just a shotgun approach to numerous different products - hoping one of them works. HR team is one of the worst I've seen. They constantly seem to miss the mark in their policy changes. They also have numerous people dedicated to "culture" yet there have been 0 company events since COVID.
