      Stocked kitchens, nice building, multiple departments of interest

      Cons

      Will most likely be having more layoffs again later this year, might not be good to interview for a position at the moment. Not many opportunities for upward movement

      Communicative/collaborative environment, enjoyed the teams I worked with and around.

      Cons

      Company did not plan on how to be successful post Covid. They received a lot of federal funding from the government to develop rapid covid testing but failed to get any other tests approved by the FDA which resulted in poor financial projections and mass layoffs (36% in 2022-2023, that i am aware of)
