Operators are easy to get along with Some supervisors are easy going
Cons
Management talks about favoritism there but do it themselves. Managers and Supervisors being promoted without proving they can do the job, they are promoted because they think they "deserve" it. Upper management all know each other so it was favoritism that brought most of them in to Cue. The people that work hard are all overlooked and not part of the "clique" All the ex military are promoted faster than all the other associates that are working hard and getting things done. The regular associates are all being overlooked or held to a different standard
