      Free snacks and drinks, relaxed dress code, 4-day work week.

      Cons

      Literally, everything else. Company is going through massive layoffs. They've sunk a ton of money into a covid test kit that is no longer in demand. Procedures and processes are never followed. Quality here is a joke and are consistently pressured to cut corners. Under performing employees are never called out on their lack of effort and you can easily skate by doing the bare minimum.
