Pros

none at all, maybe just remote life but that is a con to add to why management can't see what you are doing

Cons

manager is to busy to care about you, what you do. no culture no laughs. I try to joke in out 1-1 but he then switches the conversation back to work. Sometimes with conversations about work he even does not know what i am working on. bad recognition

Pros

I had the best time working at Cue because of the coworkers, they've made the work enjoyable and the company vision at the beginning was clear and focused. Projects are innovative and fast-paced with so much potential to disrupt the diagnostic industry through a series of product line-ups in the next couple years

Cons

Priorities were constantly changing without a true direction from management. Post-IPO was too much that the company lost sight of its true vision and now just becoming a telehealth company instead of a medical device company to survive
