Cons

Most of us work remote, would love opportunities to connect in person more often.

Pros

Culmen truly values its employees. Providing value to customers is also a top priority for Culmen. It is also a very flexible work culture.

Cons

While the work culture is flexible it can be demanding and the work load is not always evenly distributed. There is also a lack of structure which causes difficulties at times.
