Pros

Fun co-workers, generally nice customers, I learned so much within this job in 8.5 years...I never would've expected to learn so much that could help me in the future.

Cons

Upper management didn't really do too much about issues within the store. Things were shrugged off. Very understaffed, yet busy store. Being a Shift Leader in that environment is very difficult, yet very rewarding in the way that you learn *so much*

Discounts. Make my own schedule. Family oriented. Important Holidays we are closed. Opportunity to meet Craig and everyone at cfsi.

Cons

Very stressful. Owners treat you like dirt if you're not their friend outside of work. Favoritsm is horrible. Being fake.
