Pros

Friendly, Fast paced Good to get an idea of how a restaurant works. Similar style to sitdown restaurants, just no waiting.

Cons

Right off the bat there were 20 people overhired. They got rid of a bunch of people yet my qt hours a week kept dwindling. Once I was getting around 4 hours a week for over a month I quit. Also the Owner/Operator was good friends with someone (who also worked there) that I've have a problem with in the past, and Ive noticed if you're on his bad side, you're on the Owners bad side. He broke up with his girlfriend, and the next week her schedule went from over 20hrs to less than 10.

Culver's is different than fast food - they emphasize customer service and a better guest experience. This makes work more fun and engaging

Pros

Good atmosphere, flexible hours It's a fun place to work. I have been working for Culvers about 15 years and it's always been a fun place.

Cons

As an adult & a parent. I feel the need of having some benefits. Some kind of retirement plan affordable healthcare benefits.
